If the firmware of xerox copier is updated, USB Scanner might not work as normal. Please check the following configuration with Xerox engineer and make sure you can release the print queue by fob key. They should be aware of the issue before updating.
Go to Xerox Copier Admin page (Keepass)
1. Properties > Connectivity > Protocols > HTTP > Secure HTTP(SSL): Enabled
SNMP Configuration > Enabled SNMP v3 Protocol
2. Properties > Security > Plug-in Settings > List of Embedded Plug-ins > Xerox USB Card Reader should be activated.
If it isn't in the list, upload the driver. It can be downloaded from Xerox website.

3. Accounting > Accounting Configuration
If Papercut mf icon on the copier panel is missing, follow those steps.
-Select Accounting Disabled
- Reboot
- Accounting Enabled
4. Reboot PaperCut MF server.
