For all the users of Collingwood School, there is a Field Effect SEAS plugin you can use to report a spam email.
- Using Gmail, you can open the suspicious email you want to submit for analysis. (Please Note: Do not click on any links or open any documents attached to the email.)
- Click on the Field Effect SEAS add-on button, which you can find on the vertical toolbar on the right-hand side of Gmail.
(The icon has been changed into an up-arrow navigation icon)

- Answer the three questions, and click on the Submit button.

- You will receive an email within a few minutes outlining the analysis results.
- Use Phish Forward Extension to report Phishing emails
Please Note: If you think an email looks suspicious or spam, please do not forward or send it to the IT Department directly. Instead, please ensure you report the email as spam through Covelance SEAS, delete the email, and if you have clicked on any links or opened any harmful documents, then come to the IT department as soon as possible and let one of the IT Specialists look at your device.
Thank you.
