This guide show you how to use the Grad Requirement system.

Export Grad Requirement reports from myCW

Step 1:  Click on Grad Requirement System to access the home page of the system.

Step 2:  Search the students based on the grad year by selecting the grad year selection option then click on Search Icon. It lists all the students of that grad year, then click on All to select all students, click on Download Selected Results as ZIP. It generates grad reports as a zip folder for all selected students. 




Upload Csv file from Veracross to myCW Database

Step 1:  From the homepage of Grad Requirement system click on Upload Data link which redirects you to the Upload Data page. In the Upload Data page we need to update all those tables which require up to date data from Veracross. Make sure that you have access to 'GradReq'  workspace to run the queries in Veracross. Export the result of the queries in Csv format and save the file in your computer. In order to upload that exported Csv file to myCW database we need to select the the correct table from Select table option and then select your downloaded csv file by clicking on Choose File, then click on the Upload button to finish the process.





Upload Grad Requirement report to Veracross

Step 1: Sign in into Veracross Axiom

Step 2: Click on System then select Add Files to Multiple People

Step 3: In the Name field enter a Unique Name, in the Record Type field select Person option from the drop-down menu, then in the field of File Classification click on Search Icon for selecting the Graduation Requirements option from File Classifications.


Step 4: In the Mapping Type field select Manifest File Provided option from the drop-down menu then Click on Add File Batch.


Step 5: Click on Upload Zip File then upload your downloaded zip Grad Requirement folder.


Step 6: After uploading the zip file click on Update button.


Step 7: In order to attach the files to each student records click on Lightning-Icon then click on Attach Files to Records.



Publishing the Grad Requirements to the Parent Portal

Step 1: Open this Query Results.

Step 2: Click on the Lightning Bolt then click on Batch Update Records

Step3:  Set Parent Portal Display field to Published then click on Update records.
