In order to improve security, Collingwood School has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for a number of services. In addition to requiring a password, a number of services require an additional level of authentication. The following options are available:
- Using the Microsoft Authenticator App on your mobile device
- SMS verification
- Voice call verification
The first time that you sign into a service that requires MFA, you will be required to follow the on-screen instructions to add a new sign-in method.
