This tutorial will help you share your calendar with other users and set view/edit permissions.
Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Navigate to Google Calendar
- http://calendar.collingwood.org and login with your Collingwood email account.
or
- If in any other Google Service, click on the 9 dots on the top-right of the page and click on Calendar.
Step 2: Go to the Calendar settings
- From the My calendars list on the left, hover over the calendar that you would like to share
- Click on the 3 dots that appear
- Select the Settings and sharing option
Step 3: Give permissions to users
- Scroll down to the Share with specific people section and click on + Add people
- Add one or more people to the Add email or name section
- Set the Permissions for the selected users
- Click Send to start sharing your calendar
