Step-by-step guide


Step 1: Go to the email signature page in MyCW

or

  • Once signed into MyCW, select the Email Signature Setup link in the Links section


Step 2: Select your options

  • Select the email client that you are setting your signature up for

  • Select your Pronouns

  • Specify a Land Acknowledgement

  • Add the signature to your clipboard by clicking Copy Signature


Step 3: Follow the instructions based on your selected email client

  • Depending on your selected email client, the email signature page will display additional instructions for you to add the signature into your email client
