Step-by-step guide
Step 1: Go to the email signature page in MyCW
- Navigate to https://www.mycw.org/signature and sign in if necessary
or
- Once signed into MyCW, select the Email Signature Setup link in the Links section
Step 2: Select your options
- Select the email client that you are setting your signature up for
- Select your Pronouns
- Specify a Land Acknowledgement
- Add the signature to your clipboard by clicking Copy Signature
Step 3: Follow the instructions based on your selected email client
- Depending on your selected email client, the email signature page will display additional instructions for you to add the signature into your email client
